Dr. William Wilkins, son of Timothy Wilkins, born April 1, 1765. He married Frances, daughter of Rev. Henry Cumings, May 10, 1789, and practised in Billerica 1789-1807 (Hazen). He removed to Marblehead in 1807 and died May 7, 1811. His daughter Frances Eliza married William Schouler, Adjutant-General of Massachusetts during the Civil War.
